Privacy & Document Handling

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect client information and documents.

Start With the Intake Form

Use the Client Intake Form for contact information, service selection, and general intake. Do not place Social Security numbers, ITIN numbers, passport images, tax returns, bank information, or other sensitive records in the intake form or ordinary email.

Sending Documents

Complete the Microsoft Client Intake Form using the link on this website. The intake system then emails you a private link for sending your documents. Use that emailed link for sensitive documents and keep it confidential.

Receiving Completed Documents

When finished copies are available, we may send you a separate private link to access them. Keep that link confidential and do not forward it.

Identity and Original Documents

Some services require identity verification or inspection of original documents. We will tell you what is required for your specific service.

Confidentiality

We do not sell client information. Information is used or disclosed only as needed to provide requested services, as authorized by the client, or as required or permitted by law.
