Who This Is For
This service is for people who already know which document or form they need. We type and organize the information you provide.
Common requests include powers of attorney, affidavits, court forms, name-change paperwork, small-claims documents, and healthcare directives.
How the Process Works
First, tell us which document or form you want prepared. You may provide a court form, an attorney draft, or another template you selected.
Next, send the names, dates, addresses, facts, and wording that should be entered. We type and format the document from those instructions.
We do not choose forms, interpret legal requirements, or tell you what legal content to include.
You review the completed document and send any corrections in writing before we finalize it.
If notarization is required, we can handle it on-site as a Florida Notary Public. We can also arrange witness signatures when needed.
What to Expect
Document requirements vary by document type and the information provided. We confirm the required inputs and price before work begins.
We do not charge to correct our own typing or formatting errors.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you help me file documents with the court? We prepare documents from your instructions. We do not file them for you, appear in court, or contact the court or another party. Filing, service, and other procedural steps remain your responsibility. The clerk of court can provide general filing information. An attorney can provide legal advice.
What is the difference between an acknowledgment and a jurat? An acknowledgment confirms that the signer appeared before the notary, was identified, and acknowledged signing voluntarily. A jurat requires the signer to swear or affirm that the statement is true. We provide both notarial acts when appropriate.
How much does document preparation cost? Price depends on the document and the amount of work required. A simple affidavit or bill of sale usually costs less than a multi-form court package. We provide the price before work starts.
